To put it shortly, my wife and I took an idea to Vishranthi. They transformed it into something absolutely beautiful and satisfactory. We wanted to convert our 32-year-old independent house KSHEERAJA into a modern, comfortable and elegant apartment complex. Having seen Vishranthi at work, we knew they will do justice to our requirement. We were inclined towards a duplex home in the project. To see them being as excited about the idea as we were, and absorbing our every requirement into the floor plan was so satisfactory. We entered into a JV with them. One of the best decisions we ever made. Special mention to the capabilities and approach of Mr. Raj Kumar Reddy and Mr. Devendra. “Thoughtful” would be the right word to describe the way Vishranthi works on its projects. From spacious interiors, excellent floor plan and a design that focussed on natural lighting in the apartment, they have won my admiration. Lasing Leaf is neat and elegant with thoughtful amenities like piped gas, television DTH and other utilities. With all this they have created an ambience one wants to live in.

Writing this note for Vishranthi is a pleasant walk down memory lane. Back in 2003, we were looking to settle in South Madras and decided on Ram Kripa by Vishranthi. While we hadn’t heard much about the builder, they impressed us at every step. Their commitment to time schedule was impressive. We have to mention how the top management was hands-on with the project. Mr. Rajkumar Reddy, the MD of VHPL personally stepped in and supported us in every way to enhance the elegance by adding trellis, choice of floor tiles, etc. Their after sales support even after a decade is definitely worth mentioning. We can’t think of anyone who will go this far for their customers in today’s world.

To create a landmark living space in a locality like Poes Garden takes skill and foresight. Ram Kripa stands as a hallmark of their commitment to quality, vision and expertise coming together. Even now when we wanted to move to a smaller space (4500 sq. ft. space is too large for us senior citizens to maintain), Mr. Rajkumar Reddy helped us in finding buyers, much to our delight, and the appreciation on such an old apartment is noteworthy. It would be an understatement to say how much we appreciate the home Vishranthi built for us. And more importantly, the lasting connection they built with us personally. We wish them well.

I will say with pride that me and my family live in one of the best built homes in the city. The quality of construction of our Enigma is just impeccable. The project got delayed by a few months but the end result was very good.

Our corporate office Cavinville on Cenotaph Road is by Vishranthi Homes. I am very impressed with the quality, cost and timelines committed by them. And particularly their after-sales service which normally builders don’t bother with.

I had the wonderful experience of working with a builder who is creative, knows his work and keeps his word. That is Mr. Rajkumar Reddy, Managing Director, Vishranthi Homes Pvt. Ltd. Working with him on the joint development of my residential property in Sashtri Nagar, Adyar was so satisfactory, I have to mention it. Mr. Reddy took personal care to ensure that all statutory requirements, specifications of materials, the quality of construction, the pace and timely progress of work were adhered to. He personally assisted me in the selection of materials like tiles, toilet and light fittings and interior woodwork. He was so involved and committed to the project that he would frequently inspect the site to critically examine the quality and progress of work, and periodically consulted the owner on important aspects of the work and progress and maintained the highest quality standards.
